At Shopko Optical, we want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all eyewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items in their original condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the eyewear, protective case, and cleaning cloth in the original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your nearest Shopko Optical center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
